About our Founder

Oveal Walker, Founder & Principal Consultant, brings over 25 years of experience in corporate America, spanning architectural acoustics, consumer electronics, and audio quality assurance. During a 13-year tenure at his previous employer, he was rapidly promoted from Quality Assurance Engineer to Director of QA — recognition of his ability to see the bigger picture, balance technical detail with organizational complexity, and lead with integrity. Oveal is passionate about helping others succeed by drawing on both his lived experiences and professional expertise. He has a unique gift for identifying hidden problems, bringing diverse people together, and building solutions rooted in clarity, trust, and confidence.
